Ice Hockey! The fastest playing game is growing in
Charlottesville and the Charlottesville Ice Park is a
modern, clean and convenient place to play and watch our
great game. For beginners, we have
hockey
classes
for children and adults. Hockey is a
great game for children, youth, men and women of all ages.
Regular
Stick & Puck
sessions are for sharpening your skating, stick handling,
passing and shooting skills. Weekly
Drop-In Hockey games are non-stop,
self-organizing sessions for all players 18+ (16 and 17 year
olds may play with parental permission and approval of the
Hockey Director).
The Charlottesville Ice Park Hockey Leagues are open to all
qualified participants, and are non contact. Our goal is to
provide a safe, fun, yet competitive environment for all
players in every age.
We offer several age divisions for your young hockey
players. Rookie League for those just starting out (ages
6-8), Lower House ages 7-10,
Middle House ages 11-14, and
Upper House
ages 15-18. We provide an atmosphere that develops the
proper attitude, discipline and work ethic necessary to help
your child become the best person and athlete he or she can
be.
